Storage firm adds to its services

Larry Smith, owner of Big Island Self Storage, 73-4284 Hulikoa Drive, recently added U-Haul truck and trailer rentals to the services currently available.

Smith chose to make U-Haul rentals part of the business because of the international company’s established name and reputation among customers.

Big Island Self Storage can now offer customers the widest selection of equipment, designed specifically for moving household furnishings, including moving vans ranging in size from 4-by-6 feet to 6-by-12 feet and enclosed trailers ranging in size from 4-by-8 feet to 6-by-12 feet.

Customers will find all the support items they will need to make their move easier, such as furniture pads and appliance and furniture dollies.

U-Haul also offers sales items designed specifically for moving, such as heavy duty boxes in variety of sizes. Tape, rope, protective-wrapping materials, locks and even mattress covers are available.

For more information or to rent moving equipment, call 329-9799.
